Working with your architect or one of our trusted design partners, we develop a comprehensive plan tailored to your lifestyle and budget. We believe your builder and architect should collaborate closely from the start — this prevents costly changes later and ensures your design is buildable exactly as envisioned.

Before permits are pulled, your new home is enrolled with Tarion — Ontario's new home warranty program. This protects you with coverage for deposit funds, delayed closing, and warranty coverage on workmanship, materials, and structural defects. As a registered builder with the Home Construction Regulatory Authority (HCRA), Penta Rock Homes is fully authorized to build and warranty your home under Ontario law. Your peace of mind is built in from the start.

We finalize the plans with as much detail as possible to avoid surprises during construction. Once drawings are complete, we immediately begin the building permit process with the local municipality. Because permit timelines vary across Niagara Region and the GTA, we act quickly to keep your project on schedule.

We manage every phase of construction — foundation, framing, roofing, mechanical, and finishes — with our skilled team on-site daily. We maintain open communication throughout, with regular progress updates so you always know where your project stands. Quality checks are performed at every milestone.

The build is complete. We conduct a thorough final walkthrough together, going room by room to ensure every detail meets your expectations and our standards. We review your Tarion warranty documentation, walk you through home systems, and hand over the keys. This is the moment we've been building toward — welcome home.
